Pricing is based on the volume of items we remove and the type of materials involved. There is no fixed price list because every job is different. We provide a free, on-site estimate before any work begins — the price you see is the price you pay. No surprise fees.

Yes, completely free and with no obligation to proceed. We come to your location, assess what needs to be removed, and give you a clear price. If you’d like to move forward, great. If not, there’s no pressure and no charge for the estimate.

The main factors are: (1) the volume of items (how much truck space they take up), (2) the type of material (e-waste and certain items require special disposal fees), and (3) site access — items that require extra work to extract or move from difficult locations may affect the final price. We’ll explain any factors upfront.

We operate by appointment, so the earlier you contact us the better. In many cases we can schedule within a few days. Contact us and we’ll find a time that works.

We operate Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, by appointment only. If you have a special scheduling need, contact us and we’ll do our best to accommodate.

Yes, we ask that an adult (18+) be present when we arrive to review the free estimate and authorize the work. Once you approve and we begin, you’re welcome to go about your day — we handle everything from loading to cleanup.

We remove furniture, appliances, e-waste and electronics, construction debris, estate cleanout items, yard waste, hot tubs, mattresses, commercial cleanout items, and storage unit contents. For a complete breakdown, see our Services page.

We cannot haul hazardous materials: paint, solvents, pesticides, asbestos, propane tanks, motor oil, automotive fluids, medical waste, or any biological or biohazard materials. These require specialized licensed handlers. Not sure about a specific item? Ask us before booking and we’ll let you know.

When possible, yes. We separate items that can be donated to local organizations or recycled to divert waste from Hawaii’s landfills. Hawaii has strict e-waste regulations and we handle electronics responsibly as part of our commitment to the island.

Our primary service area includes: Ewa Beach, Kapolei, Makakilo, Ewa, Waipahu, Waipio, Kunia, Waikele, Pearl City, Aiea, Moanalua, Aliamanu, Halawa, Waimalu, Kalihi, Kapalama, Makiki, Manoa, Punahou, Kapahulu, Waikiki, Ala Moana, and Downtown Honolulu.
